The Mummy MOT

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and caesarean deliveries. I will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after birth. I can provide you with exercises and treatment to help with your recovery and to return to exercise safely (75 mins)

Pelvic Girdle pain (PGP)
£65
Pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy affects around 1 in 5 women. PGP can improve with the correct assessment and treatment. Treatment can be offered ante and post-natally (60 mins)

Pelvic Health appointment
£75
This appointment is for assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. I specialise in treatment of incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and pelvic surgery recovery (65 mins)
